CARE & SAFETY

REAL CHRISTMAS TREE

CARE AND SAFETY

All our trees are provided in netting. We allow you to then check the tree to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We recommend that your tree is unnetted and left stood outside in water, either in its stand or bucket, to disperse any loose needles from transportation and stocking during haulage. This is also recommended so that the tree goes to its full shape prior to decoration and ensure maximum life

Trees should never be placed in front of central heating radiators or storage heaters.

Live trees can also become a fire risk around naked flames or electrical shorts. Care should be taken for your tree to avoid these situations.

Live Christmas trees should be set up in a cool area as this will extend the life of the tree. Setting the tree up in a hot area will allow the tree to dry quicker, causing the tree to crisp. This will then lead to greater fire risk.

All trees should be kept in water and topped up regularly. This will allow the trees to open up properley and take their shape within a few hours of opening the netting. We recommend that a 1/2 - 1 inch of trunk is sawn to expose fresh trunk before placing in a stand and water.

Our trees are natural and alive Nordman Fir Christmas trees. Care must be taken at all times. If you have any questions regarding your tree or unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Our service includes the delivery and un-netting of your purchased Christmas tree. It does not include set up, however, our friendly staff will be happy to assist if needed.
